Marshall is a man with a vision. He sees selling real estate as a business and recognized that he needs a system to provide his customers with superior service to get the job done. He has written many articles and is considered one of the top experts in real estate industry.
Marshall also owns Marshall Redder Productions, a seminar company, Marshall Redder Home Improvement, a home remodeling and construction company, Marshall Redder Properties, a company that owns rental properties and Marshall Redder Home Mortgage Corporation, a mortgage corporation.
Marshall is also a member of Resurrection Life Church, a member
of the Economic Club, Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce, and Wyoming Chamber
of Commerce. His accomplishments include being the #1 agent in Grand Rapids
Real Estate Board 1989-2004 for closed listings and sales. He also has been
a speaker at national seminars in cities like Washington D.C., New Orleans,
Louisville, Palm Springs, Orlando, and Los Angeles. He has bought and sold
over 400 properties for his own personal portfolio in the last 20 years,
and knows what buyers want in a home.
He is a 1979 graduate of Jenison High School, and a 1983 graduate of Central Michigan University with a double major in Accounting and Finance, graduating with a 3.8 G.P.A. on a 4.0 scale. His business goal is to revolutionize the way the real estate business is being done and help people achieve their goals of buying and selling successfully.
His hobbies include fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, and boating.
He feels the most important things to him are God, his wife of 20 years
Meri and his two children, Marshall (16) and Mercedes (10).

CASH BUY DEPARTMENT. The Cash Buy Department provides distressed homeowners with a quick and simple approach to divesting their property. This process appeals to families facing foreclosure, settling an estate or divorce, or being transferred. The entire transaction can usually be completed in 30 days or less. On the open market, home sales typically take 60 to 90 days to complete.
MORTGAGE DEPARTMENT. The Mortgage Department functions as a full service mortgage company. We offer a variety of highly competitive investor financing programs, including everything from plans for first-time buyers to strategies for experienced real estate investors. The mortgage division also offers refinancing with cash out options and we work with you on “problem” or bad credit.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND RENTAL DEPARTMENT. The Property Management and Rental Department was set up to oversee houses owned by Marshall Redder and Associates Realty and their clients while they are prepared for resale. This department also rents out properties in a property management capacity.
FORECLOSURE DEPARTMENT. The Foreclosure Department helps families facing foreclosure become aware of options available to save their homes. Marshall’s staff utilizes a variety of methods to keep homes from being auctioned off at a sheriff’s sale. Options for those struggling to make monthly mortgage payments range from filing bankruptcy to maintaining home ownership through a land contract. We’ll place the home on the real estate market to receive a fair offer, and then working with the bank for a discounted payoff, instead of being subject to the whims of a sheriff’s sale, and a deferred judgement.
NON CONFORMING LOANS & LAND CONTRACTS. People with past or current
financial problems, the recently employed, the newly divorced and self-employed
individuals are all potential customers. Land contracts are also a useful
tool for real estate agents, allowing them to sell homes to those who were
previously unable to obtain financing. |
